I have a ms1 loaded with 029. im told that an ms1 with MSnS will fire the ignition on a 87 305 tpi engine. is this true? people say ms1 wont do ignition. I talked to a guy at a street car shootout who ran a fi 350 and ignition with ms1. he said he got a daughter card or something like that to make it work. did MSnS get loaded when I loaded 029 extra? the pc board is 2.2 and processor is v3.0. I built this kit and never used it. thanks.

MS1 does not have as many ignition options as MS2, but it can control a computer controlled HEI distributor no problem. See this link for how it's done:
