Fuel pump and idle valv

I have a Megasquirt 1 v3.0
I think I have som problems whit my MS

- When i start the engine it get up the 4000 rpm, but when i disconnects the idle valv it only get up to 1000 rpm. I have tride to change various parameters in tunerstudio but nothing different happens. Can i have wired it wrong? ( +/-)
I have checked the Valve and it seems to work.

- The fule pump does not start. Should i have 5 volts from pin 37?

with the fuel pump bypassed i made these logs.
one is no bypass.

No idle valv !

Pin 37 is a switched ground for the fuel pump relay. The other side of the relay goes to +12v. It normally runs for a second or so at switch on, then only runs again after seeing the tach signal when cranking and running.

okey. I am new at this, (and i´m from sweden so i can have problem whit the language)

But the tach wire is already connected to vr?

I have 5 volts from pin 5. D19 is lose from the board, can that be the issue?

Removing D19 is often done to troubleshoot if the diode is burnt out.

okay. but when it is loose, could it do so I have 5 volts at pin37?

My fan was directly connected to the MS without relay. Could it have damaged the box so I get 5 volts?

Unless you built a special 40 to 50 amp output to drive the fan, you probably damaged the MS trying to direct drive a fan.

No, it what was wrong wiring.
what can I do? which componet get damaged do you think?
The engine works if the fule pump is bypassed. So i can make it separate.
