Hello,we are currently working on m50 turbo project. Car now runs on 530cc/min injectors at 6bar fuel rail pressure (soon to replace to bigger ones that give 500cc/min at 3bar). Yesterday we run car at 180-190kpa pressure. Still didn't receive wideband (hope to get it Monday) , so ignore O2 scale in datalogs. I need some help with setting idle setting right for two wire bosch valve (not it work not bad for warm-up, but not in closed loop). And the main question why I'm even starting - one strange thing - when you step on the throttle and get to boost and then release it - bov opens , pressure drops and then spikes to 100kpa and stays there for some time (but throttle is closed all this time !). And it happens often. Interesting part - Gve and spark angle ignores this MAP value and still gives the right ones (those that are at 20-30kpa) ! What can be wrong and is there even something wrong ?

btw - car is e36 touring and is being prepared for drifting event in 15days. I'm using tunerstudio MS lite v2,6,19

and could soumeone help me understand what hapened here ? why injector dc droped to 0 here ? is it because of the pressure or something else ?

Probably overboost protection or a rev limiter made the duty cycle shut off.

Agreed - your .msq shows a soft rev limit of 6200, and a hard limit of 6500. Your screen shot shows a max rpm of 6398.

yep - there was overboost protection at 200kpa
And what about that spike with constant 100kpa map ? any ideas ? map sensor get pressure from intake manifold through 3-way spliter and goes do map sensor and fuel pressure regulator. Can that cause these problems ?

The overrun "spike" is a visualization error as the INC file in TunerStudio can see a low MAP voltage as out of bounds and report 100 kPa.

Is there any way to fix that ? it bugs me out because I can't use ve analyse function in log viewer :/
