i have a 92 mustang GT with a Gt40p motor and an aftermarket cam, i am trying to get the idle in check, but upon lowering the idle adjustment screw on the throttle plate what mega log viewer calls MAP DE cuts in, and kills the motor.
What is MAP DE in MS1, and what setting does it reference? Where is this located in tuner studio?
Below is the file, and data log

Re: MAP DE and motor stalling out
MAP DE is MAP sensor deceleration. You are running TPS accel/decel and you have no decel fuel cut enabled so basically MAP DE is nothing in your set up and is not killing the engine. Symptom in this case not cause. You are probably fighting your IAC at this innitial stage of tuning. Best to turn it off and get a good steady idle just using the throttle stop and tuning your idle VE and Spark bins. Then when you get that sorted you can lower your throttle stop and try to get IAC working.
