bad starting!

hi guys, im wondering why my bmw is so hard to get started. It cranks about 4secs, and with various throttle positions it finally fires up. So it needs throttle pumping and 4 sec to fire up.

Be careful pumping the throttle of an efi car. There is no accel pump so it does not really give extra fuel but it can put the ecu into flood clear mode and cut all fuel.
