Hi,
I bought a Citroen Saxo 1.6 with an ITB conversion. Engine is miss firing in cylinders 2 and 3 (no spark at all).
Turned out it's running with a Megasquirt V3.0 and apparently, after some digging, the ignition wiring seems ok.
Any hints on how to check where the problem might be? Could it be the VB921 transistors?

It's very difficult to do fault finding at component level on the car.
So best to get a Stim. This plugs into MS and proves an easy way of powering it up on the bench - via either a suitable mains power supply or battery. It also generates a tach signal, so will make MS 'work' - ie drive the injector and spark circuits. Which you can then check through with a DVM etc, to see where the spark signal stops.
If you go for a JimStim, that has a number of 'spare' LEDs which can be jumpered to flash with each coil output. As well as simulating a variety of toothed wheel tach signals.

No. I would suspect the ignition outputs are not right but without the board in hand it would be difficult to understand what the builder was building.

You have a MS1 and this section is MS2 specific.
Post to the MS1 section or move this post to that section for better help.
Many who browse this section have never run an MS1. (very different)
