Ignition shutting off please help!

Hello everyone
I have a ms1pnp with a v3.57 9093 board on my 89 mazda eunos /mx5.
I've ran this ecu for 2 years and never had any problems until the past month
the original engine spun a bearing so Ive fitted a fully forged engine, bigger injectors and a vf34 turbo, I'm only running 4psi right now, plugs gapped to 0.7 and coil on plug.
went to get it mapped and when it was being mapped the ecu kept shutting off ONLY on boost! also the fuel pulse is too slow
its feels like the key is being turned off when it's in boost, I've checked the boost cut and it's set to 255 so I'm confused!
I've looked at the boost cut and it's set very high so that can't be the issue.
What happens is that when the laptop is connected to it and I hit boost the ecu goes offline.
Please help it's my daily driver
