I don't have an rpm signal on tunerstudio or megatune.
I'm triggering off the coil- with a magnetic pickup distributor and I do have spark while cranking.
I can ground the coil and see an rpm on tunerstudio of about 1500 each time I ground it.
I have rpm signal on tunerstudio with the stim controlling MS.
All other inputs are working.
I have the ms1 v2.2 that is controlling fuel only on a 79 Dodge ramcharger. It was on the truck when I bought it. I recently went from using megatune to tunerstudio and a few days later I erased the tune by accident. I had previous tunes stored on a disk but the megasquirt won't accept the format, so I started over and reset the constants manually.
Where should I go from here?
Thanks
No rpm signal

Re: No rpm signal
Sorry, I can't get my laptop to connect with the internet.
I think I found my problem though. I get a good tach signal at the coil, but when I front probe the db37 with the tach meter I see about 50rpm. I'm guessing my tach wire is the problem.
