As far as im aware, all share a common earth that Ive connected to the -ves of the polarity. G1 and G2 are tied to the +ve of one and NE to the +ve of the other. So i think so lol. But the knock one doesnt seem to do much either. I cant find info on how many turns they are max to min but i lost count of how many turns the knock one did around 15, it just kept going without even a hint of resistance.

Coyoteboy, My 2cents.

I have noticed the same issue with the VR pots on the MS 3.0 board, they seem to keep turning with no indication of a stopping point.

I did note this however, I could hear a small "click " noise that repeated once I went in one direction for ~10 turns.

I think that the "STOP" is just a small bit if plastic that is too easilly overcome by the worm gear torque and skipps.

I recomend actually measuring the pot with a DVOM and then keeping track of how many turns you are at.

10 turn pots have been this way at least 20 years. No positive stop.

The reason there is no positive stop is to prevent damage to the pot by someone trying to turn it too far. There is a small "click" when you reach the limit. You have to listen closely on the 1/4" pots used on the Extra board.

BTW: I have the boards back in stock. I ran through the first batch pretty quickly. Jacob and I plan to keep these in stock continuously now.
