knock mod audio out?

Is there a safe way to modify a internal knock board for a audio output like the pnp have. i'd love to be able to listen for knock while tuning with out taking away from the signal going to the MS

I think an audio jack output for head phones directly from the internal knock module would be fantastic!
I've some recommendations not to share the output from knock sensors & I've seen that some people use a capacitor & resistor & just tee right into the oem knock sensor signal...

Is there an easy diy circuit that we could build on the proto area of the PCB? I'd like to not have to experiment with it too much though, I don't want to harm the signal going to the processor!

I have the MS3 knock module from DIY, and was wondering about this aswell (did search, but did not find anything).

I assume the PNP unit uses a somewhat similar module, but with something extra for audio out?
