Has anyone bought an EGT module from SymTech Labs?

Not sure if I put this in the right section; if not my apologies.

I bought and paid for an EGT module from SymTech labs over a month ago and have not received anything. I have emailed and called them both without answer or response.

Has anyone dealt with them in the past or know anyone that works there?

They appear to have run into problems - that's why they've been removed from the suppliers list.

Probably a bit late for you, but I got a couple of these EGT amplifiers, when they were cheaper.
Really nice quality, very nice people to deal with and they do PayPal too.
