I am currently developing a circuit board that accepts the 35pin connector used on Jetronic boxes.
It looks like the EZK boxes uses a 25 pin connector, same row and pin spacing.
I don't know why there are a separate ignition control box,and a ecu box.
Here is a picture of the rear side of the pcb.
The traces handles at least 5 amperes per trace, they are 2.5mm wide.
There are 35 solder points with 3mm diameter pads, with 1mm holes.
The wiring loom from Megasquirt can be soldered in there.
They accepts maximum 18 AWG gauge, thats a wire with 1.024mm Conductor diameter.
Grundplanes for thermic relief are also on the PCB. The 1 pin,18 and 35 pin on the Connector is marked with small numbers on both sides
Pin 1 and 35 on the wire connections are also marked on both sides.
There are also space for drilling monting holes so the pcb can be mounted in a box.
The footprint for the connector was not included in Kicad's database so i had to make it my self.
The measurements are from the pdf file on this page:

There is also a EZK adapter board, separate thread:

Re: Jetronic 35 pin adapter board
Cool project.
Care to share the gerbers?
Also how does Kicad compare to FreePCB? Does it have an autorouter?

Re: Jetronic 35 pin adapter board
Kicad does not have a built in autorouter,it uses a java powered one named autoroute that can be downloaded from a git repository. I cannot remember the adress at the moment, but it is the one with the precompiled files. I am waiting for a answer to a add for two defective Jetronic boxes so I can pillage them for the 35 pin connectors as these connectors cost a small fortune new on the net . Protoparts.fi has those.
No Gerber files shared.

Re: Jetronic 35 pin adapter board
No problem., I used the free java autorouter as well

Re: LH-Jetronic/EZK 35 pin adapter board
Pcb's ordered, they should be shipped within 8 workdays.
It will take some time for them to appear in my mail.

Not all Jetronic boxes are alike..
These are pictures from a Jetronic box that was in a Saab:

As people may have noticed, these has almost all the soldering pins in one row.
It is possible to cut of the plastic tabs outlined in red,and solder the connector with its back to the PCB.
I have another PCB that fits that version of the connector.
The Jetronic boxes used in Volvo uses the staggered version of the soldering pins.
