I am trying to keep my install as clean as possible, and am looking for a 1/4 npt map sensor.
Does anyone know if this would work?

It says it is 50 psi capable, but doesn't say anything about vacuum. From what I understand, as long as its an absolute pressure sensor, not gauge, it should read vacuum, right?

That should work. And perfect vacuum is 0 psi absolute so as long as you use an absolute pressure sensor, you'll get the correct data for MAP. Remember that 50 psi absolute means that it will read up to about 34.3 psi of boost (50 minus the 14.7psi of atmospheric pressure).
You will need to use a custom calibration curve.

Can anyone help me with the calibration data? I'm not quite sure I fully understand how to get the data needed for MS from the data sheet.
it says ratiometric 5v. 0.5 10% vs to 4.5 90% vs output
would that be
0v = -86 kpa
5v = 775 kpa ? I'm not sure I understand the 10% Vs to 90 % Vs part (sorry, not an electrical engineer)

Ideally, if anyone knew what the honeywell part # is for the AEM 3.5 bar map sensor, that would be cool. That's exactly what I want to run but they mark the price up big time.

The first sensor you linked looks like it should work well, and is pretty reasonably priced for that type of sensor.
Best bet for calibration data would be to contact the manufacturer. The datasheet is a little confusing about that... it specifies that the output voltage is 0.5 at "Pmin" and 4.5 at "Pmax" but they don't say what Pmin and Pmax are! Most likely Pmax is the sensor's rated pressure (50 PSIA), and possibly Pmin is zero, but I'd ask them to make sure. Then you'll have to do a little math to get the "value at 0 volts" and "value at 5 volts" that TS needs to generate a calibration curve.
