Bosch MAF sensor voltage curves
Here is a datasheet with some of the curves for Bosch sensors:
0 280 217 123
0 280 218 019
0 280 217 531
0 280 218 008
0 280 002 421
0 280 212 016
The .inc files are located here:

Feel free to add more data if anyone have the voltage curves for more sensors.

Re: Bosch MAF sensor voltage curves
These curves should apply to all other HFM5 part number as well, AFAIK they all use the same sensor but have different connectors. Just apply the curve for the MAF with the same inner diameter housing.
MAF curve will probably have to be tuned a slight bit afterwards due to upstream flow disturbances, but shoould be close.

Re: Bosch MAF sensor voltage curves
Install the MAF, tweak till it starts, then adjust the curve as described elsewhere here on the forums. Two drives of 20 minutes each should get you well inside the ballpark.

Re: Bosch MAF sensor voltage curves
My problem is i don't know the values for max Flow to set the table right ( i put 650 g/s sensor range, but don't know ? )

Re: Bosch MAF sensor voltage curves
Multiply g/s by 1.25 for an estimate of max supported horsepower. You will not need the other scaling options.
