Hey I have an EG33 H6 from a subaru SVX.
I can't find any up-to-date info on wiring up an MS2 unit with a V3.57 board to one of these 3-wire PWM IACVs.
I'd like to use the stock IACV as it bolts onto the manifold, and I already have one.

I believe certain Imprezas and legacys had these in addition to the 3.3

there is a circuit here: http://www.msextra.com/forums/viewtopic ... 01&t=41760 you could built to control both sides of the valve using just one output from the ecu. i would assume that should work with your valve.
i have used a bmw / bosch 3 wire pwm valve using the resistor method in the past as well.

The usual technique for a 3-wire is to ground one wire through a substantial resistor, and PWM the other. There are DIY circuits you can build for true 3-wire control; I have my own design that I am in the process of manufacturing. The size of a TO220 transistor, my little card fits in the Q16 spot (assuming you don't have anything there already), and drives the valve using the IDLE (open) and IGN (close) pins from the DB37.
Installation is simple:
- unplug and remove the MS V3.57 main board from the enclosure
solder a jumper wire to the card at 'S12'; the 'IDLE' pad is not used with the V3.57 main board
loosely install the card in the Q16 spot using the included TO220 installation kit
loosely install the included 3-way header pins into the Q16 card and the Q16 pads on the V3.57 main board
snug the mounting bolt; this will keep the card and header pins in position for the next step
solder the header pins to the card and to the main board
on the main board, solder a jumper from Igbt_In to the right side of R19
solder the 'S12' jumper to the S12 pad on the main board
put the MS back together

center pin positive. 2 end pins are negative,
they do not work well with one leg being grounded like how the bosh units work. i used the zeal board and it worked fine.
