Download it, extract it to a directory. Run the download firmware batch file, then run the copyini batch file. You may want to download the MegaTune for MS2-Extra from the "MS2/Extra Specific" section and install it, first.

MS2Extra has a feature to simplify the menus, allowing you to choose between four different user levels.

"Basic Setup" menu->"Basic/Advanced user" dialog.

Choose dropdown menu-
"Fuel only"
"Fuel+Spark"
"Extended"
"Advanced"

Choosing these different options will enable or disable certain menus.

Seems like it'd make more sense to have had the second option be "Spark Only". What's the difference between "Fuel+Spark" and the next two options? That's kind of confusing.

Spark only is just without injectors hooked up.

It's not at all that complicated, just choose the approprate one. If you want to choose from a menu item, and it's greyed out you need to move up to "Advanced" which enables all the bells and whistles, of course that also allows you to mess with some of the more advanced settings which could cause problems if you don't know what you are doing.
