I haven't tried any older beta versions as I just upgraded my processor from MS1 to the new MS2 daughterboard. But now the EGO is not being displayed right.
After I start the car it is stuck at 12.1 AFR and sometimes jumps to 17.0 and then back to 12.1 AFR.
When I measure the analog output on the LC-1 device it shows the correct voltage of somewhere between 1.5 and 2.0 volt as my car is running a little rich at idle.
The voltage fluctuates around nicely but Megatune shows no change.

Wuahh... d'oh.. call me a moron... I didn't setup the wideband sensor in Megatune. I forgot I have to tell MS2 what wideband sensor I have.
I'm still learning.. so don't kill me.
