Decel not coming on

I was analyzing my datalog in megalogviewer and noticed that my decel is not activating. I notice that in decel, My AFR spikes to as high as 30 and it is not unusual for it to stay in the high teens to 20's.

It goes into the 30's? That sounds like it's actuating to me...

I'll check it out anyway though to be sure.
