is it possible to run COP using mitsubishi 4/2 CAS?

Yes, the 4/2 Mitsu CAS can run true 4 spark output COP. I'm not sure how many have actually ran/tested it, but the option is there. You will ofcourse have to wire up all 4 spark outputs.
