The missing diagram was just that.
Re: VW 1.8T trothel "idle Valve" discution
So what do we need ? H Bridge and Controlled by PWM and the input of the Idle Switch to Disable it when Throttle is moved by Wire ? My friend made Haldex Controllers and did a lot with Servos. I think he can help us.

@Paul_VR6, is this what you are searching for?
I always save the schematics on my HDD, you'll never know when somebody looks for them

I can confirm that the circuit principle works.

So CN1 is the Main Connection of this Board to the Megasquirt, Right ? Can you say something about the pinout for it and how the megasquirt Control it or have you the other Picture also with the Wiring to the MS ?m3ltd0wn wrote:@Paul_VR6, is this what you are searching for?

Re: VW 1.8T trothel "idle Valve" discution
I've just seen this thread.
Oh my have I been fighting this d*** valve for the last few weeks!
I am now at this point where I have made an adjustable stopscrew for the throttle, adjusted the hot idle. Made a bypass around the throttle and installed an Evap valve to control the cold idle.
It works but I need to make a bigger bypass and ad a real air valve to create enough airflow when I turn on the A/C.
I will post my make when I got the final modifications installed...
