Test what in particular?

Have you tried the latest pre-3.3.1beta1 code I posted?

I'm still getting a different md5sum :(

Bizarrely I'd got the OLD version of the linker installed as my working toolchain. Future patch releases of MS2/Extra will be built using the same tools as I released.

I guess this does not hold true for 3.3.2 as I am still getting the wrong md5sum whilst using the tools provided on this site.

Hi,

maybe you can take a look to my post here: http://www.msextra.com/forums/viewtopic ... 80#p419876
have you tried an older firmware?
As with my compiler, older firmare is bit-identical, newer ones for some reason not.
Maybe we can cirle the reason down together...

I will check my compiler versions later today, maybe you can try an older pre3.3beta version and tell me if it's identical like mine or not.

Any new input's on that topic?
I tried to readout my compiler version, but strangly if i type in the command into the cygwin bash, i get an error message that the command is not known.
But with the makefile, he seems to be able to run the compiler and so on, because he actualy create a new s19 file.

can anyone give me a hint what to test to figure out what's going on?

Thanks
