No that's not a good practice.. Plus the ego limits are not rpm dependent must be at least at 15% so that it corrects fuel when cruising and idling etc. So you cannot use it..

If the developers find that it is not needed then ok.. I may start reading the coding for dummies..

Have you tried what I suggested? Have you poured over the logs and verified it is not also somewhat dependent on RPMdot?
86 Rx-7, swapped to 2.3 ford turbo (BW EFR 6758), ms3/ms3x sequential fuel /waste spark, ls2 coils

Of course it is somewhat rpm dependant. I haven't tried it yet as the car is apart now, I am building a forged engine at the moment and will try it as soon as i gets out of the shop.
