Rummaging around with the Programmable outputs, Hysteresis keeps falling off. With the threshold set to 7.7 and the hysteresis set to 0.5, if I click to another line, close the window, or anything, hysteresis goes to 0.0

I'm not able to test at the moment. Are you sure this is firmware related? Sounds more likely to be

Just noticed that the coolant values for Priming Pulse and Cranking Pulse are linked - changing a value in one table changes it in the other. Not sure if this is by design or not.
