MS2/Extra pre-3.3.2 beta 9 released

To announce the release of pre-3.3.2 beta 9.

Main changes since pre-3.3.2 beta 8
Bug fixes:
Apply same CLidle target change from MS3 to fix "stuck" problem after start.
Fix missing newline in ini. Fix decimal places on testdwell

Changed features:
Reduce serial timeout to 25ms.

Minor/internal:
Change defaults for ITB switchpoints.
ini - capitalisation and consistency
- some units standardisation (gives some warnings on old MSQ load)
- remove GridHeight
- extend AFR table limits.
ini tweak, always log I/O ports

The main change here is the reduced serial timeout. This should have no impact on TunerStudio operation, but it allows the Race Technology dash interface to work. I have had a DASH2 working with the Megasquirt interface (latest firmware update) working following this change.

James, i found little bug with CAN bus in my Alfa Romeo. I think its not bug, but only mistake in code for coolant temp algoritm.
When coolant >70 and <100 - dasdboard say that temp 90*C ;(
I want say about it some time ago, but i forget

If you have some fixed code, please email it and I'll include it in the next alpha/beta codes.
As you may have noticed, 3.3.2 has now moved to "release".
