Feature Request: AD6/AD7 as programmable outputs

What already exists:
Many MS2ex features already allow the use of AD6 and AD7 ports as outputs.

What is being requested:
It would be great if we could configure unused ADC pins as outputs and control their state in the programmable outputs window.

Why this feature would be of value:
This would open up a some configuration options for busy installs, and would allow for better testing of mods on stim.
