Being no stranger to custom projects, my answer is usually of course I can make it run.
This project is unusual enough that I decided to write about it, it started up and ran for the first time last night.
BMW M70 5 litre V12 engine in an E30 body. Twin throttles, stock throttle bodies converted to cable control. One throttle body fitted with TPS. Twin MAP sensors, each plenum gets its own MAP sensor to compensate better for any errors in balance between banks. Two Ford 6 cylinder waste spark coil packs. Custom firmware to make it all work.

Re: BMW M70 V12 on MS2-extra
MS3 only supports 8 injectors and 8 coils so going sequential or coil near plug wasn't an option, so there wouldn't have been any improvement in going MS3 over MS2.
