MS2/Extra pre-3.3.3 beta 2 released

To announce the release of pre-3.3.3 beta 2.

Main changes since pre-3.3.3 beta 1
Bug fixes:
mat_retard actually displays
Range check serial TX buffer.
Megaview temp units show degC.

Changed features:
Add back PT6/7 option for module stepper idle.
Rename knock and MAF pins for consistency.
Extend srlbuf size and add more buffer range checking. (Watch out for stack overflow.)
Make behaviour when changing tooth#1 angle more intuitive.

Minor/internal:
Workaround for TS 'INVALID' fuel load gauge issue.
dualTable tooltip.

Please be sure to read the README.txt and RELEASE-NOTES.txt supplied within the firmware zip file.

The current TunerStudio is REQUIRED.

The code have support for the aem 5 bar sensor but the fuelload tables do not allow a higher number than 400 kpa.

Actually, everything is fine.

Just raise the "Load/kPa - max" setting in "Gauge and Settings Limits"
