Inj. PW bug during cranking ?

Hello,
I have a 89' Honda Accord 2L 16s with B20 motor and MS2 Extra v3.3.3
4 cylinders / full sequential injection and ignition (aem cop) / 330cc

Since this winter, I have cranking problem when hard cold start with E70 (winter E85 in France). Particularly since the temperature is below 0 °C (32 °F).
I know I have to enrich the mixture at cranking but no matter the values I put on cranking table, above a percentage, injector pulsewith don't exceed 33 ms !
I know the limit of ms2extra for cranking pw is 65 ms. Why I can't reach this value ?

My cranking log is attached.
Example : Base timing (100% VE) = 12 ms / Cranking value = 500% at 0°C / PW result = 33ms not 60ms :-(

i tried this out on the bench
could also not get it over 33 Ms

are you using a VR sensor?
it might be an idea to go with a crank Hall sensor to get megasquirt to sync up faster en better
and a fully charged battery to get the cranking rpm up
have you tried advancing crank spark?
seems 10 dgr now

I'm pretty sure that the 33ms limit is by design.

I run already at 10° for cranking. And the sync is very fast. The temporary solution i have find is to mount bigger injector.
