The zip can be downloaded from:
http://www.msextra.com/downloads/dev/ms ... 4/beta-10/

tested and works as fine as alpha9, e.g. CAN Realtime Data Broadcasting to the Dash2Pro with 10Hz.

Have you had a chance to look at the "Oddfire First Angle" feature? http://www.msextra.com/forums/viewtopic ... 40#p432714 ...if can help to test etc.

Thanks!

Do you know what the last working version was?

I should be able to test fairly easily once I'm back to my test bench.

I have recently changed engine in my car to one with a lot more cam. About the same time I decided to give this FW a try. Previously I was running 3.3.1 which worked extremely well for me and was rock solid. With the change to beta 10 my serial connection became so unstable I could not tune the car as the drop outs were so frequent. I went back to 3.3.1 and it's rock solid again.
Have there been major serial changes between these 2 firmwares? I thought 3.3.1 was using the new serial?

Both 3.3.x and 3.4.x use "newserial". Nothing springs to mind that would have changed there on the firmware side.

Please attach "TunerStudioAppDebug.txt" from your TunerStudioProjects directory, it might shed some light on the situation.

I didn't have the debug on at the time. I will try to reload the beta on the weekend, get the debug.txt and post it up.

It could be useful even without the debug.

Something seems to be making TunerStudio very unhappy. I see several "SEVERE: null" whatever that means.

Probably best to do a comms log debug version and start a topic in the TunerStudio section.
