I have 1 v8 engine and couldn´t find an info about where should locate sensor on the crank trigger (60-2) so I decided to go with MS2 but sensor is on the 21th teeth (With my new gearbox) when TDC its about 126 degrees. Is it ok for crank angle or not?
It will be turbocharged and I don´t want any problems with jumping timing.
Im asking because I had some problems few years ago with MS1
when vanos and nonvanos parts were messed up then first event was about on 50th tooth and next ones on the next turn of the trigger and it didn't work nicely....missing tooth made some problems for correct work. Solution was that I sparked every event 1 step later. 1st fire came from spark B, second from spark c and third from spark c and then it worked. but it was ms1.....and many years ago.

It's not an issue with MS2 (or MS3).
