Cold advance rpm limit

Whats everyones thoughts on adding an option so you can limit the rpm that cold advance is active under?
Kind of like idle advance, but specifically for cold advance, so it would easily bump warmup idle cells (say < 1200rpm) without worrying about the rest of the table seeing the same timing increase.
