I found this guy and did some testing with 2 injectors paralleled to each channel, so driving 4 injectors total at 90ish % duty cycle. The chip set only warmed to about 20* above ambient air temp over 15 minutes. The injectors however were smoking hot as there wasn't any fuel flowing through them to act as a cooling medium.
RDsON is 29mohm, gate threshold voltage of 1v. From the scope it seems to limit the flyback voltage to 30v even though there is no mention of drain to source voltage clamping. Other chip sets I've played with advertised clamping and the flyback voltage would clamp at the listed value.

Flyback voltage is important to injector closing.
