FORD TFI CCD control

Post by ogimieras »

Hello,

I have MS2 V3.0
In hardware manual there is writen to use BIP373 driver to control Ford TFI ignition module.

Can i control this TFI module direct from procesor, and ignore high current ignition driver circuit. Becouse TFI module already have high current ignition driver inside.

You will need some sort of circuit that generates a 0-12 volt square wave. Processor output pins have a maximum voltage of 5 volts.
