O2 sensor bung spacer

Post by 2swe »

would you recommend this type of O2 sensor bung extender ?
will it affect sensor accuracy, response time, other drawback ?

I want to protect my O2 snesor from heat, but I can't use straight extender because there is not enough room between exhaust and car body..

any thoughts appreciated.

Probably nano seconds worth of difference. The exhaust gas will swirl around in there just fine. Straight is better in that it's fewer parts to purchase. In your case you don't really have a choice.
