5 HP Briggs and Stratton Project: Constants Injector

Hello. My fellow college and I am working on our senior design project, which involves adapting a TBI system from a sunbird 2.0 to a 5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine. We are having a few problems with our set up. If you could please help answer a couple of questions, we would greatly appreciate it.

1) What injector (flow rate lb/hr) would work best/price .
2) Is there problems with vibration.
3) The best way to mount Temp. sensor and what kind.
4) Any other helpful information, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank very much for your time. If you would like a picture we can send you one as well.

The smallest you can find. Do a search, there is a thread on this very topic.
2) Is there problems with vibration.
You'll have to tell us, it sounds like you have something specific in mind but are asking a very general question.
3) The best way to mount Temp. sensor and what kind.
Which one, "coolant" or intake charge? For NA applications, you can put any sort of charge temperatures sensor just about anywhere you like.
