Coil Not Firing

Hi. I have a '98 Neon with a 2.0L DOHC that I just put an MS in (v2.2, Neon/420a crank mod, MSnS-E, 025v2 firmware, 2.25 release megatune). The first couple times I started it up it ran fine, although really rich since I was just starting to tune it. Then I turned it off to change cam gear settings, started it back up and it was running really rough. I checked spark and it's not firing on 1 and 4 (1 coil is out) now. I'm running the Mitsu 4G63 ignitor, what is the voltage in (from the MS) and out of the ignitor supposed to be so I can figure out if it's the coil, ignitor, or the MS? I was running a map from another member that has the internal VB's and had the spark inverted set to ON, and I ran it like that by accident. I'm just wondering if I could have burned out half the ignitor by doing that or what? I tried searching, but I couldn't find anything that could help me. Thanks!
