"Spark Output" Setting?

Post by 69 1/2 Six Pack Bee »

Reading this excerpt: "Spark Output (spkout_hi_lo) 0 equals spark when low (ground). Production MegaSquirt-II's do not have a transistor for ignition control on the daughter card. This transistor inverted the processor output on the beta units. As a result, if you are using a production MegaSquirt-II and NO transistor, the Coil Charging Scheme needs to be reversed"
This tells me that I need to set my GM 8-pine HEI ign. up with "Reversed".
I have the blue solder mask, CAN, daughtercard and is it safe to asume that I do not have the transistor so I do need the "Going HI" setting, correct?
Thanx,
Bud
