Disable PWM with this setup or no?

Real Quick 75/lb TB injectors (2 of them) 1.4 ohm each

Running 31W 6 ohm resistors inline with each injector

Can I disable PWM? I have not started to test yet and the manual says I can. I just want a second opinion before I fry anything. Thanks!
