i tried to search for this but the search function on this board is really weird and wont let me search just titles only.

anyways does the magnetic pickup for the trigger wheel need to be square with the teeth? like 90 degrees to the wheel? its hard to explain but im pretty sure somone knows what i mean.

i saw a tec 3 install and the end of the pick up coil wasnt lined up parallel to the tooth.

Depends on the window of the sensor, the geometry of the tooth, etc...

What is your setup, and why can't you mount it at exactly 180°?

the top is what i saw someone do for their trigger wheel and sensor

will the pickups work in both locations?
