Engine doesnt turn off right away

I am running MS v2.0 with MSnS-E on my neon and when ever I turn the key to off it stays running for about a second and a half before it shuts off. I have the MS wired up through a relay switched painless wiring block and figured that was why I am getting the delay but I was hoping someone smarter then myself would have another theory I could test.

Can you tell if the relay that powers MS or the injectors is turning off when you turn off the ignition. You may be able to hear it, or put a light bulb or LED with resistor across it.

I noticed that the gauges that are wired through the same relay turn off at the exact same time as the motor so i am not going to worry about it.
