Ignition table will not save

My bin numbers seem to be reset after every time I turn off the MS EFI. I loose my map numbers and my RPM numbers. It seems to keep my timing numbers but puts in standard BIN numbers. Is there a step in the configuration that I am missing? I am running MS2 with EDIS.

After messing with the car some more, it seems to be only an intermittent problem. Sometimes the values will save and sometimes they won't. Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem. It looks like 4 out of 5 times the map will get reset to its standard values for RPM and MAP bins. This drives me nuts. Did you ever resolve this issue? What version of code are you running?
