Rough Idle Questions

Well, no response from the other forum, so I am cross posting.

My car (1995cc, 4cyl, Fiat) is running a MS2.2 board and EDIS4 with MSnS 29q and using MT2.25.

The car starts OK but idles rough. I am feeling pretty lost here. Some observations: sounds like it is intemittently missing. I put a timing light on it and all cylinders are sparking but 2&3 seem to ind9icate a differnt frequency than 1&4. I do not have a scope but by my eye, it looks like the light from 1&4 flickers twice as fast as 2&3. The timing checks against MT showing the programmed 10deg at idle (light jumps a bit in time with the stutter).

Please help me out here. What should I look at next? I will attach the msq and a datalog I took today while it was warming up. The CLT looks pretty noisy too.
