VR sensor in 3TC distributor

Post by CHB »

there are 2 wires from the VR sensor in my 3TC distributor, one is red and another one is white.
which one is positive and which one is negative?
does any one run a 3T turbo on Megasquirt II?

i would think your red wire is power and the white is ground

you can hook them up and if they don't work one way switch it, you won't hurt anything

i can also take a look at my buddy's 3tc motor today and try to figure out which red is what

no he is not, he is running a Haltec, b/c his buddy runs it so he has to run it, i tryed to talk him into a MS but he won't listen to me, but now him and his buddy 1000miles away can't get it to run right and i am like i don't s*** about that high dollar stuff ;)

i could make you an table but it will need to be dyno tuned or ran at the track to get the timing perfect to find that perfect spot
