Progress...

Post by KZjim »

I finally made some progress on my EFI project... the bodies are on the head, via YZF-R6 boots. TB's are from an '05 R6.
I had 2 spacers made so i can bolt the 2 bodies back together with one vent tube between the two.
I have cut the fuel rail and should have it back together soon...I'll post again when i have more done...
I showed the wife and she muttered 'nice..' and walked back in the house... I figured i'd post here.. at least you guys can appricate the work..!

This poject is for an '81 XS650 Yamaha Cafe project i'm working on

The First pics is the TB's on the 650 head.. the second is what i started with..

Ha ha ha... Yamaha Cafe' project!

I don't think the Triumph and Norton guys would take kindly to a Yamaha being called a Cafe' Racer!

Although it's unabashedly cool!

Keep up the good work.
