RS2K Manifold Question

hello guys good thread by the way.

wat would u reckomend ti use on a RS2k engine hoping to flow about 200 BHP over time

Speak to nigel at altiss engineering as i believe he does ready made tb + manifold kits using gsxr bodies

i would liek to make them my self tho mate. thats why i need to know wat to use.
