possible to run DLI from 4 tooth VR sensor?

i have a question here.. just wondering is it possible for us to run a waste spark system on a 4 cylinders off the 4 teeths distributor VR sensor? it is MSII Ver3 board.

Lance, this means that i must use missing tooth crank angle setup in order to dump my distributor isn't it?

Lance, what is the minimum teeth required inside the distributor? i'm running a Toyota 3TC engine. i know Toyota 3SGTE distributor have 24 teeths.. if i can mate it into my 3TC distributor, it will be a green light to run DLI for it right?
