:( When I manualy move my ignition slow do not work but when I move at least 700RPM works fine.

Sorry I do not understand the question.

Could you explain the symptoms more and provide the critical details of engine, ignition setup, code version, board etc.

Without this details it is impossible for anyone to answer and your post will be ignored.

if you are on v3 board then turn the 0 crossing pot all the way counter clockwise (thats the vr tuning pot close to the edge of the board).

failing that how far away is your sensor form the trigger wheel ? whould be about 1 to 1.5mm....

Sorry;
Here is the complete info of my Car
I have a V3 board with MS1 MSnS.
Toyota TwinCam 16V

Problem description;
When the engine is cranking, the MS does not pulse. When I take the cam trigger out from the car and move it rapidly by hand, it works fine; but slowly it does not work.

Trouble shooting;
I checked the gage on the sensor and it has less than 2mm;

If anybody has any suggestions, please let me know, I do not want to push my car down the street to start the engine. :P

Thanks Mops. It's working roght now. Moving the VR POT 8 times counter clockwise fix the problems.
