PWM Question, quick answer please?

I know this topic has been said multiple times, and i have read them, but...

My injectors measure 4.5 ohms. 6 injectors, v3.0 msns-e.

Do i still need to scale down the PWM parameters to find the right % and mS combination? With my injectors being 4.5 ohms, they are not very low impedence. Do I still need to use PWM?
