So I removed the VB921's added .001uF caps and the jumpers in place.
The car fired up. Idle is rough and the pulse widths on both INJ outputs are in the red. I gave it a bit of gas and it started to choke.

I'm surprised it even ran. Connect your MAP sensor before trying to run it again.

MAP is connected unless I messed up the pinout after running all the wiring through the harness or I am not getting proper vacuum.
Unfortunately the rest of the week is booked! Sunday would be my next available day. Ill test the MAP with a vacuum pump to ensure reading I assume the MAP is missing in the datalog?

Edit I looked at the tune the incorrect MAP sensor MPXH6300 which I think is the default for the MSII onboard is chosen under the Sensor Calibrations I know I do not need a 3 bar sensor but that's what is installed, one of the changes I will make as well as recalibrating the TPS. I can only assume it may effect the MAP reading in the log as it it sitting at 99.2-99.8 even when the throttle is given gas no changes.

Got the MAP figured out the Vac line I was on was not connect
here is a datalog I seem to be having sync loss at 2500 RPM
Please take a look I have no resistors inline but was reading maybe the cam needs a 12k

finishing more wiring and addition of wideband.

The "normal" MS on-board MAP sensor is the MPX4250AP. If you're using a Microsquirt, though, you need to set it up for whatever you're using.

So finally figured out by reading that the Mega Log viewer is stating sync error 21.
Error 21 can be located here:
http://www.msextra.com/doc/ms3/syncloss.html

21 is subaru 6/7 tooth 3 error or VRIN2+ on the CAM signal
Pic attached for reference.

Trying some of the resistor tricks located in the forum from 2.2k - 12k inline.

Biggest problem is I HAVE NO TACH!
Tach output is set to D15 but I think that is wrong. unfortunately Tuner Studio tends to reference MS not the compatible uS.
This Doc says it should be D16 for 4cyl wasted spark, but D16 on the MS is Warmup LED which I have a separate output...????
http://msextra.com/doc/ms2extra/MS2-Ext ... m#tachoout
Should I look into one of the 2 top circuits above

My Spark A in ignition settings is D14(preferred) I have seen tunes where both pins are the same but there are warnings about using the same pin for 2 things.

Also looking into this as I am not using the F-IDLE

If it's not syncing up, you won't have a tach signal. Could you post a composite log of an attempted start?

It's starts and runs at 2700 RPM I have sync error 21, 14 error counts.

Tach works in TunerStudio but not the factory OEM cluster.
There is a cranking composite log in an above post before I got the ignition to fire when modifying the board

Unfortunately, that log did not capture any of your sync errors.

OK off work early here is a running Composite log:
I also got the Tach to work with a 2.2k resistor pull to the FIDLE since right now I will not be using it.

I put a 12k resistor inline with the CAM VRIN2+ I have no sync errors. You can see an example in the pic 4 posts up the Sync error 21 and count there.

I am uploading the TUNE Composite log and Datalog of the car running.

Composite log shows a strange tooth timing spike everyone in a while.

Engine is fine until about 2700 and starts to break up. I also notice Ignition load is at 100% the veTable1 does not look pretty.
Toothtiming peaks drop as RPM increases as well.

I am suspecting the tune ATM too looking into it

Ok so I changed the tune a bit and I do have sync errors still with the CAM sensor ATTACHED

12k resistor is inline on the VRIN2+ CAM sensor

I think I got it figured out. Took the wideband and put it in the car was running way rich the Plugs actually fouled out. Dropped the fuel down 15 across the entire table New plugs and what do you know pretty smooth to 5500 but choking top at at 10:1 AFR. So next step if finalizing wiring. As the main and under dash fuse box have been removed.

More to follow

Update started tuning only to find out the factory OE connector on the ECM had a bad connection... Back to the drawing board but other than that got clean free revs to 6400
