ms2extra v3.0 to ms3x questions

Hi all
Have some questions on upgrading to ms3x

current setup
Small block ford 6.0L port injected 1000cc ev14 high-z injectors, twin turbo, intercooled etc

Currently running ms2extra on v3 board, vr input from distributor, dual vr board earth on spare 3 (or 4 cant remember), cdi out on pin 36

Ordered parts to upgrade to ms3x with 36-1 crank trigger (hall effect diyautotune sensor), will use the distributor with 1 tooth for cam sync.

Main reasons for upgrade are, fully sequential injector control, better tach in stability (36-1 crank trigger), also will do flex fuel soon.

After a lot of reading I have some questions, can I use the existing spark A out to run the cdi, the manual shows high current driver in the same spot, also on pin 26 of the 3x connector?

Crank will now be hall effect (diy), is a pullup needed, or use existing wiring (plus 12v feed to sensor) into the dual vr board ?

Camshaft V/R in I would like to use the other half of the Jbperf dual Vr board using Js10 and a spare input, can I use the cam in on the 3x plug and reroute?

Apologies for the newb questions, a little keen to get right on it when the parts arrive :)

No reason you can't use your existing spark output.

Our Hall effect sensor does not need a pull up.

Either cam input will work.

I read somewhere that the Iac outputs are inverted when going from ms2 to ms3 (I'm using 4 wire ls1), is this the case?
Apart from changing the wiring to the crank/cam sensors and injectors I'm hoping its mostly a plug and play affair, reasonable assumption ?

No, but the current firmware versions do let you invert the IAC direction in software.
